Job summary

Children's Mercy is seeking a Lead IT Systems Application Analyst for Epic Cupid to design, develop, implement, and maintain complex enterprise applications. This role partners with IT teammates to troubleshoot, document, and upgrade systems while mentoring junior staff.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of new systems and processes within a hospital environment in Kansas City metro area.

Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's/Associate/HS with related experience in IT applications
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain within 120 days
• Strong leadership and communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Experience with system integrations, project management, and vendor relations
• End-user support and system documentation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications (Epic/Cupid)
