Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 9 years in related areas and leadership experience preferred.
• At least one Epic certification required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and train users.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage system upgrades and integrations.
• Maintain system documentation: requirements, design, testing, and user manuals.
