Sentara Health is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications across clinical, revenue cycle, and access areas. You will perform configuration, upgrades, testing, and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system utilization and operations.

The role may involve leading smaller projects and mentoring peers. The ideal candidate has Epic certification or proficiency, 7+ years' Epic reporting experience, and strong

Competenze

• Epic certification or proficiency required or preferred depending on position.
• 7+ years of experience using Epic reporting tools.
• Experience with SQL, SSIS, R, or Python.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology/workflows.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem solving.

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications.
