Job summary

HonorHealth IT Applications and Informatics seeks an IT Application Lead to empower our community through development, deployment, integration and support of vendor enterprise software in a large health system. You will mentor teams, oversee complex projects, ensure adherence to project/change management standards, and coordinate with business operations to define system requirements.

On-call rotation required; travel to HonorHealth sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required.
Epic Certification and experience with Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid required.
Minimum 5 years in healthcare/IT with deployment/implementation knowledge of clinical/financial systems.
Leadership or management experience in a lead/supervisor role preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and mentor department personnel.
Oversee analysis, development, deployment and support of vendor enterprise applications.
Ensure alignment with HonorHealth project and change management methodologies.
Coordinate with business operations to define system requirements and drive superior workflows.
Manage on-call rotation and incident response across sites.
