Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT Application Lead to empower our community through development, deployment, integration, and support of vendor enterprise applications. You will mentor teammates, align system requirements with clinical and business needs, and drive high-complexity projects using our change-management framework.

The role requires Epic Certification, 5+ years in healthcare/IT, and hybrid work in Arizona. A Bachelor’s or higher in IS/CS/Healthcare is expected; Masters preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentorship experience in IT teams.
• Strong communication across stakeholder levels.
• Experience leading complex IT projects and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor department personnel and escalate issues.
• Analyze and coordinate enterprise workflow improvements and fixes.
• Manage complex projects and drive best-practice adoption of standard platforms.
• Travel to HonorHealth sites as required to support initiatives.
