Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT Application Lead to empower clinical, financial, and business systems across a large health system. You will analyze vendor-provided software, define requirements with operations, mentor team members, and drive complex projects through change control and PMO processes.

The role requires Epic Certification, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel across HonorHealth sites. Hybrid work in Arizona with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years as related experience in Healthcare, IS, or IT.
• Masters is preferred in Healthcare/IS/CS.
• Epic Certification is required for assigned application.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor department personnel.
• Coordinate with business operations to define system requirements and lead high complexity projects.
• Manage change control processes and ensure adherence to IT PMO standards.
• Travel to HonorHealth sites as needed for project delivery.
