Job summary

Wmchealth is seeking a Senior Analyst Information Technology Epic to provide expert support for Enterprise Clinical IT systems and related workflows. The role covers design, implementation, and optimization of Epic platform interfaces and associated clinical/business processes.

The candidate will work across multiple departments, maintain documentation, train users, and participate in go-live activities while ensuring 24x7 production support and adherence to change control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer science, nursing or related field required.
• 4+ years of related experience required.
• Epic certification required within 6 months of hire; renewal quadrennial.
• ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports departmental environment including applications and interfaces; performs problem analysis and documentation.
• Provides programming/analytical support for the department's system and related software; updates project plans.
• Designs, configures, and installs new programs; analyzes impact on production systems.
• Develops test plans and conducts unit/system tests for software upgrades and patches.
• Documents requirements and trains end users on equipment/workflows.
• Provides go-live support and coordinates field support activities.
