Duly Health and Care is seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Epic Integration Analyst to support the secure, seamless exchange of healthcare data across platforms. You’ll help develop and maintain Epic interfaces and support HL7 and FHIR data standards. Support the design, development, and optimization of Epic interfaces connecting Duly’s EHR to external systems
Ensure compliance with HL7 v2/v3 and FHIR standards to support healthcare data exchange
Troubleshoot interface performance and real-time message errors, ensuring system reliability and accuracy
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to analyze integration needs and identify effective technical solutions
Perform interface testing, validation, and monitoring using Epic Bridges, Interconnect API, and related tools
Document integration workflows and maintain technical specifications
Stay current on Epic updates, industry trends, and interoperability best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR messaging formats and principles of healthcare data exchange
Exposure to Epic Bridges, Interconnect API, or similar Epic integration platforms
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Clear and confident communicator; able to work cross-functionally between IT and clinical operations
Eagerness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced, healthcare IT environment
Experience with data exchange protocols and healthcare interface testing
Relevant internship or hands-on coursework involving healthcare IT or system integration
A seat at the table in a forward-thinking IT department driving health innovation
Exposure to Epic integration tools and the evolving landscape of healthcare data

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $53,000-$80,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
