Day in and day out, this role is immersed in dealership operations, encompassing both accounting and retail functions within the automotive industry. Responsibilities include data validations, accounting workflow training such as AP/AR, journal postings, schedule reconciliation, daily deposits, etc. This role necessitates seamless coordination across various internal and external teams to meet deliverables. Additionally, collaborating closely with remote internal teams to ensure operational transparency is crucial.
On the retail side, the role focuses on automotive desking and sales, involving direct customer interaction through F&I menus and executing deals that align with the intricate regulations of OEMs, lenders, and regional requirements. Validating deals and liaising with diverse stakeholders are essential for meeting deliverables. Furthermore, working closely with onsite implementation and support teams is key to providing comprehensive support. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry dynamics and proficiency with the Tekion platform, emphasizing compliance, organizational rigor, and adaptability.
The salary range for this position is $67,760 - $114,500. The actual offer may vary based on location, experience, and other factors. The position is also eligible for bonuses and equity.
