We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant, an onboarding wizard to help our customers’ implementation needs with a goal to implement within 90 days. Our ideal candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser focused on delighting customers with information on our products and services.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with sales team in the development of customer Implementation Plans
• Review and understand client needs and translate those into a successful onboarding experience
• Create customer sites with purchased products and features
• Execute onboarding plan within 90 days of customer purchase
• Become a subject matter expert on all areas of PowerDMS to effectively lead discussions and answer questions

What You Have

• Implementation/Project Management experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of SaaS technology and experience with Power platforms is a plus
