Job summary

Clarity Partners is looking for an Epic Applications & Project Manager to lead one track of our Epic inpatient clinical portfolio. You will own build, workflows, testing, readiness, go-live, and transition for your track—Inpatient Orders/Pharmacy or Emergency/Documentation.

This full-time role requires hands-on Epic experience within complex healthcare environments and strong cross‑functional leadership. Epic certification is preferred; PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Informatics, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of healthcare IT experience with clinical applications.
• Recent hands-on Epic implementations within academic medical centers or large health systems.
• Experience leading Epic application and technical teams through full implementation lifecycle.
• Background in at least one Epic track: Inpatient Orders/Pharmacy or Emergency/Documentation.
• Strong understanding of inpatient, pharmacy, and ED workflows; executive stakeholder engagement.
• Epic certification or accreditation preferred; PMP may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application build and configuration decisions for the assigned track.
• Direct clinical and medication workflow design and validation sessions.
• Manage testing activities across the applications.
• Coordinate cross‑application dependencies and implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and execution for the track.
• Transition from go‑live support to ongoing operations.
