Clarity Partners in Chicago is seeking an Epic Applications & Project Manager to lead and oversee a large public sector client’s Epic outpatient clinical applications, including oncology, research, and specialty pharmacy, from design through go-live and into steady-state operations.

The role requires extensive Epic implementation experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and ability to manage complex budgets, timelines, and vendor relations, with certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of healthcare IT experience with clinical applications.
• Recent Epic implementations in academic medical centers or large integrated health systems.
• Experience leading Epic application and technical teams through full implementation lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of oncology, research workflows, and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Epic certification or accreditation preferred; PMP preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Epic specialized outpatient application build and configuration decisions.
• Lead oncology, research, and specialty pharmacy workflow design and validation sessions.
• Direct testing activities across the assigned applications (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Manage cross-application and cross-team dependencies through the implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and go-live execution.
• Own the transition from go-live support into ongoing operations.
