Job summary

Clarity Partners is seeking an Epic Applications & Project Manager to lead one track of Epic inpatient clinical applications, overseeing build, workflows, testing, readiness, go-live, and transition to operations. This is a full-time, client-facing role on a large-scale project.

Responsibilities include leading build decisions, clinical/workflow validation, testing, and managing dependencies to ensure a successful go-live and smooth transition to support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Healthcare or related field.
• 7+ years healthcare IT experience with Epic implementations.
• Recent hands-on Epic implementation leadership in complex health systems.
• Experience leading Epic teams through full lifecycle (design, build, test, go-live, stabilization).
• Knowledge of Track A or Track B Epic tracks.
• Epic certification or ability to obtain within program timelines.
• PMP or comparable PM certification preferred.
• Experience with budgets, timelines, vendors, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application build and configuration for assigned track.
• Lead clinical/workflow design and validation sessions.
• Direct testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Manage cross-application dependencies and implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness and execution for assigned track.
• Own transition from go-live to ongoing operations.
