Job summary

Clarity Partners is hiring an Epic Applications & Project Manager to provide dedicated leadership for a large public sector client’s Epic ambulatory and value-based care portfolio. You will lead application build, workflow decisions, testing, readiness, go-live, and transition to ongoing operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of healthcare IT experience with Epic implementations; strong leadership and executive communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare IT experience with significant Epic implementations.
• Recent experience leading Epic implementations in large healthcare environments.
• Current or recent Epic certification or accreditation; ability to obtain certification.
• PM certification (PMI-PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic ambulatory and value-based care application build and configuration decisions.
• Lead ambulatory clinical workflow design and validation sessions.
• Direct testing activities across the assigned applications (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Manage cross-application and cross-team dependencies through the implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and go-live execution.
• Own the transition from go-live support into ongoing operations.
