Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Systems Engineer Advanced to manage complex infrastructure, including operating systems, servers, storage, backups, and security. You will lead day-to-day operations, design and optimize enterprise platforms, and coordinate on-call rotations.

The role focuses on Epic Client/Web Server services, AVD/Nerdio/IGEL experience, and strong collaboration with IT teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience are required; occasional remote work is

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience required.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio, and IGEL desirable.
• Epic Client Services Administrator (ECSA) certifications strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the day-to-day operational support and data integrity for computer operating systems, server environments (both private and public cloud), data storage systems, enterprise imaging, email system, enterprise development platforms, data integration, data backup and recovery systems, application/desktop delivery, directory services and data access security.
• Creates and maintains processes, policies and procedures per IT policies. Maintains a comprehensive OS hardware/software configuration database and develops training for Tier 1 staff.
• Conducts routine hardware/software audits to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Supports ITIL processes including change, incident, and problem management; conducts RCAs after significant incidents.
• Troubleshoots system failures and engages customers/vendors for resolution.
