Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Client Systems (ECSA) and Epic client infrastructure.
• Strong experience supporting Citrix for Epic, including application delivery, session troubleshooting, and access management.
• Experience providing Epic go-live support, deployment assistance, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification, as required by the client.
• Experience with Epic hosting migration projects, including infrastructure transitions and environment validation.
• Experience supporting Epic data-center migration projects.
• Knowledge of Windows client environments, remote application access, and enterprise healthcare IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across client systems, application delivery, and connectivity.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and healthcare application stakeholders.
