Children’s Minnesota is seeking an Epic Informatics Training Manager to lead the training department, manage Epic curriculum, and develop supplemental training materials. This role coordinates EHR education, training schedules, and go-lives across the health system.

Remote position open to Minnesota or Wisconsin residents, requiring a strong background in healthcare IT, EPIC certification, and project leadership. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field, informatics, education, or information technology.
• 5+ years of professional development/training experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong facilitation, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience with EPIC certification and EHR systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of Epic training curriculum and development of supplemental training materials.
• Coordinate EHR training schedules and go-lives across departments.
• Mentor and oversee the training team and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Develop and maintain training materials for EPIC and non-EPIC education.
