Epic, located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will develop training materials and scenarios, collaborate across teams, and help users transition to Epic.

The role involves direct interaction with care providers, instructional design, and contributing to projects that improve software usability. Relocation support is provided and extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% and relocate to Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users and shape their Epic experience.
• Design training materials and scenarios to deliver effective training.
