Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Product Owner for Epic and enterprise informatics to lead product strategy and execution across Epic modules. You will translate clinical needs into requirements and drive adoption through agile delivery.

This role collaborates with clinical, technical, and operational teams, defines roadmaps, and ensures quality and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives, with frequent executive reporting and a patient-focused mindset.

Qualifications

7–10 years of product management experience in healthcare informatics or health IT.
Deep Epic expertise, including configuration or oversight of Epic software.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Data-driven mindset to measure product impact.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
Owns full lifecycle for Epic-based tools, from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Define execution pathways with milestones, deliverables and dependencies across workstreams.
Partner with business, clinical and operational teams to translate use cases into product strategy tied to OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration and architecture teams in an agile process.
Develop risk logs and mitigate risks across technical and operational domains.
