Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the Epic and related informatics product strategy. You will drive the lifecycle from ideation to deployment, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into executable requirements.

You will guide cross‑functional delivery in an agile environment, manage risks, and lead adoption efforts while reporting to executive stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT project management.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software, modules, and tools in a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader able to coordinate resources in a matrix environment.
• Data-driven mindset to measure product impact with analytics teams.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across a large organization.
• Growth mindset and focus on execution and delivery.
• Experience with change management and driving user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the organization.
• Own full product lifecycle for Epic tools—from ideation to go-live and vendor evaluations.
• Create features, stories, and workflows from clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate informatics goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to define vision and OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile delivery.
• Maintain risk/issue logs with escalation and resolution processes.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions for stakeholders.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product talent.
