Job summary

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
- Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic software and tools.
- Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions.
- Own the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows.
- Create features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
- Translate goals into actionable requirements and project plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with OKRs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile development.
- Develop risk and issue logs and mitigation plans.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on product status and risks.
- Support readiness and adoption through training and change management.
- Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
