Ladders is seeking a Manager, Applications, Epic Orders to join the team serving healthcare organizations. The role leads the support and enhancement of enterprise applications that enable day-to-day clinical and operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing implementations in a remote setting.

You will partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency, manage priorities, and support reliable service delivery in a large healthcare environment, balancing project delivery

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8 years of recent relevant experience in Information Services
• Expert knowledge in specifying user requirements
• Advanced understanding of healthcare operations and application lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and formulate conclusions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the implementation and support of new applications and software installations
• Manage hardware upgrades and major application upgrades
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget
• Provide day-to-day support for information services operations
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships across all levels of the organization
• Analyze information and practices to improve operational efficiency

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Applications, Epic Orders to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the support and enhancement of enterprise applications that enable day-to-day clinical and operational workflows. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee application implementations and upgrades, and help ensure systems are delivered, maintained, and supported effectively. The position also partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve efficiency, manage priorities, and support reliable service delivery in a large healthcare environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $165,339 – $264,555 annually
