Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RTE, RTA, benefit filing, financial clearance, patient estimates, prior authorization, and referral management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based consulting environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead revenue cycle performance improvement efforts for healthcare clients, with a strong focus on assessing workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and designing future-state process improvements. The position will partner closely with stakeholders to enhance access, financial clearance, eligibility, authorization, and referral management outcomes. It also requires hands‑on consulting support to improve digital patient access and engagement capabilities within complex healthcare operations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle performance improvement assessments and optimization projects
• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions using best practices
• Drive improvements in Real-Time Authorization (RTA) and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)
• Enhance financial clearance and patient estimates processes
• Optimize referral management and prior authorization workflows
• Improve digital patient access and engagement capabilities, including eMPA and patient portal workflows
