Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks a Director, Epic Implementation - Advisory Services to lead advisory projects, develop solutions, and manage delivery for Epic-related initiatives. You will serve as the liaison between clients and consultants, guide project progress, and provide education and guidance as needed.

The role requires 10+ years in Healthcare IT, 5+ years Epic implementation in a director/PM role, and staff management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of Healthcare IT experience; experience with multiple EHRs preferred.
• 5+ years Epic implementation experience required in a director or project management role.
• Experience implementing in academic and pediatric healthcare systems preferred.
• Rev Cycle experience and/or new Epic add-on module experience preferred.
• 3+ years direct staff management experience preferred.
• Epic certification preferred.
• Direct experience working for Epic preferred.
• Prior experience with Epic install methodologies required.
• Experience leading service-oriented teams and scaling for growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and develop advisory solutions projects for Nordic; oversee delivery and client engagements.
• Mentor and develop solutions staff; hire as needed to support growth.
• Partner with Advisory Services leadership to drive service line performance and initiatives.
• Oversee project success, manage client and consultant relationships, review status reports, and mitigate risks.
• Assist pre-sales scoping and solution design with internal sales teams; create compelling content.
• Act as a thought leader by creating webcasts, white papers, and blogs to educate clients.
• Stay informed on healthcare IT trends, regulations, and Epic-related developments.
• Lead product development and refinement of Epic-related offerings; educate clients and consultants.
