Qualifications

• Two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• At least one Epic Certification (Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, HIM, Tapestry, etc.).
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows and optimize processes.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and deliverables.
• Communicate with Epic end users and document workflows; provide optimization suggestions.
