Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Georgia is seeking an experienced HIM Application Systems Analyst IV to lead and support Epic HIM applications. The role focuses on developing, testing, maintaining, installing, and deploying Epic HIM modules, aligning with standard architectures and clinical workflows.

You will collaborate across departments, provide education and training, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and patient data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Clinical Informatics or 4 years IT healthcare experience.
• Epic Certification is preferred; may hire without certification but must attain within 45 days of HHCS Epic training.
• 2+ years IT experience; at least 1+ year in hospital/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training materials for Epic HIM and related applications.
• Generates end user references using clear language accessible to readers.
• Manages build migrations, change control, and ticket management processes.
• Acts as liaison to clinicians, supports implementations, and improves workflows to enhance patient care and system adoption.
