Job summary
Emory Healthcare seeks an Epic Analyst IV to join the Growth Team within Emory Digital, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise-wide Epic workflows. You will collaborate with multiple Digital teams to align strategies and ensure successful integrations of Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and HIM modules.
The role emphasizes autonomy, strong project coordination, and leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and stakeholder satisfaction across health-system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical skills.
- Epic certification or demonstrated Epic experience preferred.
- Experience working across teams and managing complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic modules (Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, HIM).
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals and manage projects.
- Establish positive relationships with departments, Epic partners, and staff.
- Provide technical guidance to analysts, contractors and consultants as needed.
- Lead system design, validation, and remediation sessions.
- Mentor team members and support onboarding of new employees.
