• Lead and support training sessions for end users, Credentialed Trainers, and Super Users

• Revise training content based on system build changes, workflow updates, and identified training needs
• Lead and support training sessions for end users, Credentialed Trainers, and Super Users
• Participate in training team quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide recommendations for enhancements to Epic HIM training delivery and materials
• Collaborate with Credentialed Trainers and Super Users to assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in HIM workgroup and Epic training team meetings
• Provide technical support to clinicians and end users for Epic HIM applications
• Serve as a primary hospital point of contact for the Epic team
• Analyze and evaluate Epic system functionality, performance, and user satisfaction
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and application errors
• Support implementation of system strategies, policies, and procedures
• Promote consistency in Epic system use across departments and sites
• Act as a liaison between system users and the Epic team
• Respond to programmatic issues and communicate system updates, decisions, and directives
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments
