Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant - Epic HIM Analyst to deliver expert platform-specific services across client engagements. You will leverage technical, management, and leadership skills to help healthcare organizations meet goals and optimize their Epic environments.

The role requires Epic experience with certifications, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 100%. Remote or onsite work is supported, and you will mentor colleagues while leading project efforts and ensuring

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Epic experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of industry-specific work experience required.
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 100%.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate current-system processes and configure workflows.
• Apply technical expertise to client Epic HIM builds.
• Provide project management and leadership services.
• Mentor Nordic teammates and coordinate with clients.
• Document progress, issues, and escalations clearly.
• Participate in client meetings and status reporting.
