Insight Global is seeking an HIM Analyst who understands both the technical and operational sides of Health Information Management. You will support record management, ROI, document imaging, coding workflows, and patient identity management, while partnering with HIM leadership to ensure accurate patient identification and compliant record handling.

Candidates should bring Epic HIM / Identity / ROI knowledge, EMPI experience, and MPI reconciliation skills, plus familiarity with HIPAA privacy,

Qualificações

• Epic Certification (HIM, Identity, ROI, or related application) preferred.
• 3+ years of Epic analyst, HIM systems, healthcare IT, or application support experience.
• Strong understanding of Health Information Management (HIM) workflows.
• Experience with ROI, Deficiency Tracking, Chart Tracking, or Document Management workflows.
• Knowledge of EMPI management and patient identity workflows.
• Experience managing patient record integrity, duplicate patient records, and MPI reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy regulations and information governance.
• Experience with workflow analysis, application configuration, testing, and optimization.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

• Support ROI, document management, and imaging workflows within HIM.
