The role involves building specifications, coding, testing, and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality solutions. The position emphasizes strong communication, process familiarity, and the ability to work independently on projects while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; waiver possible with 4+ years of cert/experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with clinical/financial processes; detail oriented.
• Four years of certified Epic experience supporting Epic applications.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary support contact for supported applications; resolve tickets promptly.
• Establish and manage change control; implement requested system changes.
• Provide 24-hour coverage for system users and ensure optimal system usage.
• Analyze functionality in software releases and coordinate updates with users.
• Manage business relationships to enhance system performance and workflows.
• Participate in projects; document internal procedures; assist with training.
• Mentor department staff; support broader Ambulatory initiatives as needed.
