St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks an Sr Application Coordinator/Analyst specializing in Epic Healthy Planet and population health workflows to support ambulatory systems.

You will coordinate issues, manage changes, and ensure smooth operation of the Epic ecosystem including Compass Rose and analytics capabilities. Ideal candidates will have Epic experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on reliability, training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the ambulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; waiver if candidate has 4+ years of certification and experience supporting the applicable application.
• Epic Healthy Planet experience preferred; population health apps knowledge.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills; detail oriented and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for the applications; resolve tickets promptly.
• Establish and manage change control procedures for the applications.
• Provide 24/7 coverage for system users and troubleshoot issues.
