CTG, a leading IT solutions provider, seeks an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst in San Mateo, CA, to support population health initiatives and community-based care programs. The role requires Epic Healthy Planet expertise and collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet implementation, support, or optimization experience.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification and/or Compass Rose certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of population health management, value-based care, and community-based programs.
• Experience participating in Epic implementation projects; overseas or international implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clinicians, business users, leadership, and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, design, build, test, and support Epic Healthy Planet solutions.
• Configure and optimize Healthy Planet workflows, registries, care management tools, quality measures, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support population health and community-based care initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Participate in system testing, go-live support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization activities.
• Support data-driven decision making through Healthy Planet and related reporting tools.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across diverse geographic locations and time zones.
