Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Health System Informatics Senior Analyst to act as the primary consultant for patient care services. You will plan, design, implement, and evaluate health information systems that support clinical operations and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating applications and upgrades, conducting complex system analyses, and facilitating changes within the health system. Epic certification in Clinical Documentation, ASAP and/or Reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Information Technology, preferably within Health System Operations.
• Epic knowledge with certification in Clinical Documentation, ASAP and/or Reporting.
• Strong reporting background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate integrated health information systems to support clinical, administrative and management needs.
• Coordinate and provide support for new and current applications and software upgrades within the health system.
• Advise on end-user training and assess application acquisitions.
