Jobot Consulting – Hosted by Robert Reyes – seeks an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst for a remote role with occasional LA visits. Salary is $80-$90 per hour with a $125 bill rate, working Monday–Friday 8–5 PT and on-call every 7 weeks. Start Nov 2, 2026; end date Oct 29, 2027.

Requires strong Epic certifications and 4+ years in Grand Central/Prelude within healthcare. Travel to LA as needed. Role includes troubleshooting, designing new modules, and supporting workflows across the health

Qualifications

• Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification a plus).
• Minimum 4 years as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
• At least 5 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Problem solver skilled at collaborating with owners, vendors and ISS teams.
• Comfortable working remotely and able to travel to LA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report to an Application Manager.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules in portfolio/service line.
• Build knowledge of application workflows and policies for supported operations.
• Focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build related to new requests and integrations.
• Handle tickets, projects, go-live, upgrade support, and 7‑week on‑call rotation.

Job Details

Salary: $80 - $90 per hour.

Bill rate: $125.

Location: Remote, with occasional on-site visits to Los Angeles, as needed for support.

Start date: November 2, 2026.

End date: October 29, 2027.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PT, with after‑hours support as needed.

On‑call: every 7 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Report to an Application Manager.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within your portfolio and/or service line.
• Build knowledge of the software application and operational workflows; understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
• Focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build related to implementing new requests, optimizing current workflows, and providing input as needed for integration projects across the health system.
• Handle tickets, projects, go‑live support, upgrade support, and on‑call rotation every 7 weeks.

Qualifications

• Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Problem solver who can work collaboratively with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
• Comfortable working remotely and ability to travel to Los Angeles location as needed.
