Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
• Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within portfolio/service line.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of software and clinical/business workflows and operations.
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team on complex problems and requests.
• Focus on Charge RTE and Prelude builds for new requests and workflow optimization.
• Handle tickets, projects, go‑live support, upgrade support, and on‑call rotations every 7 weeks.
