HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central professional to lead implementation, enhancement, and support across inpatient workflows in healthcare facilities. You will configure ADT processes, bed management, and patient placement, collaborating with Cadence, Prelude, ClinDoc, and MyChart teams to optimize throughput.

Bring 8+ years of healthcare IT experience, Epic Grand Central Certification, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare IT/related field.
8+ years of healthcare IT with Epic implementation experience.
Epic Grand Central Certification mandatory.
Strong ADT workflow knowledge: admissions, transfers, bed management.
Experience leading client discussions and workflow workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic Grand Central implementation, enhancements, and support.
Configure admission, discharge, transfer, registration, bed management workflows.
Gather and analyze business, operational, and clinical requirements.
Design inpatient operational workflows across facilities.
Configure units, bed hierarchies, transfer rules and locations.
Lead testing, go-live planning, and hypercare support.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions.
Mentor junior consultants on best practices.
