GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst for a six-month, fully remote contract to support a large health system. The role focuses on optimizing Epic Grand Central ADT, patient flow, discharge, and transfer center workflows, with ongoing collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Formación

• Current Epic Grand Central certification required.
• Hands-on Epic Grand Central experience in a hospital or large health system.
• Strong knowledge of ADT, patient flow, discharge, and transfer workflows.
• Experience with Data Courier, Epic security, and flowsheet configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support, build, test, and optimize Epic Grand Central workflows and functionality.
• Provide expertise around ADT orders, admissions, discharges, transfers, discharge planning, and patient flow.
• Support Transfer Center workflows and related operational processes.
• Perform application build and configuration involving Data Courier, security, and flowsheets.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Work directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Develop and maintain appropriate system and workflow documentation.
