Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Grand Central functionality and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop enhancements and workflow improvements in Epic Grand Central.
• Oversee configuration, build, maintenance, and validation to align with patient placement and census management.
• Perform complex analysis and optimization of Epic Grand Central workflows for throughput and reporting.
• Coordinate testing plans (regression, unit, system, UAT) to ensure changes meet end‑user needs.
