• Experience leading client-facing projects in health system settings.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Independently lead defined application, workflow, testing, or readiness workstreams.
• Analyze current patient flow operations and system configuration to inform design.

• Create reports, dashboards, and measures related to capacity and patient flow.
