Qualifications

• Epic certification in Charge Router and Hospital Billing is required.
• Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Charge Router preferred.
• Strong collaboration with Revenue Cycle and IS teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, test, and optimize Epic Resolute Hospital Billing workflows, focusing on Charge Router and charging administration.
• Configure charging rules, routing logic, and workqueues to ensure accurate charges.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, clinical departments, and vendors to improve charging workflows and system performance.
• Document build decisions, testing results, and operational impacts per governance standards.
• Support Epic upgrades, testing, and incident resolution related to Hospital Billing.
