The role requires Epic certification in Charge Router and Hospital Billing Charging Administration, plus four years in healthcare technology or revenue cycle apps; high school diploma or GED accepted.

Qualifications

• Epic Charge Router certification required.
• Epic Hospital Billing certification required.
• Four years of healthcare IT or revenue cycle experience required.
• Experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing, Charge Router, and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, test, and optimize Epic Resolute Hospital Billing functionality with emphasis on Charge Router and related workflows.
• Configure charging rules, routing logic, workqueues, and review processes to ensure accurate charge generation and posting.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and clinical teams to optimize charging workflows and system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze failures, and support end-user tickets and testing efforts.
• Lead or participate in testing, upgrades, and validation of new or modified functionality.
