Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Medical Informatics Program Coordinator to lead the enterprise-wide Epic Gold EHR rollout, serving as a liaison between Clinical Informatics, IT, and frontline clinicians to align regional efforts and milestones across our network.

You will monitor, document, and report on EHR implementation metrics, manage project timelines, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure resources meet aggressive go-live targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare Admin, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination, change management, or operational readiness in large healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide EHR rollout and milestones across Clinical Informatics, IT, and clinicians.
• Monitor, document, and report on EHR implementation metrics and go-live readiness.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, SBARs, and resource coordination.
• Translate complex milestones into actionable tasks for clinical and IT stakeholders.
• Drive provider workflow optimization and data-driven reporting on EHR progress.
