Job summary

Central Health is seeking an Epic Project Manager to lead Epic-related projects, implementations, and optimizations across new service lines and locations. You will coordinate with the Epic Application Analyst Team, Training Team, BI and PMOs to implement, monitor, and improve Epic initiatives.

As part of the Epic PMO, you will maintain schedules, control scope and budget, identify risks, and serve as a strategic partner within the project team while engaging with operational and clinical

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years Epic and/or IT project management with a bachelor's degree, OR 1 year with a master's.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects with work plans and day-to-day oversight.
  • Define scope, goals, resources, timelines, and deliverables with the team.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, report to stakeholders, and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain project docs, risk registers, change logs, and meeting notes.
  • Collaborate across functions to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
  • Support adoption of Epic optimizations and enhancements.
  • Serve as liaison between Epic team, PMOs, and clinical/operational staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
