Job summary

T2 Group is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager / Scrum Master (Agile Coach) to drive Epic EMR initiatives across healthcare organizations. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach Agile practices, and partner with Epic analysts, clinicians, and executives to ensure successful delivery.

The role combines strong project management with hands-on Scrum Master responsibilities, focusing on removal of impediments, transparency, and continuous improvement in a healthcare IT setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Epic EMR projects in healthcare IT environments.
• Proven ability to coach Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic implementation, optimization, integration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Lean practices.
• Develop roadmaps and delivery plans aligned with objectives.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and governance standards.
