Job summary

DKKD Staffing seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master with deep Epic EMR expertise and healthcare operations knowledge. You will lead complex Epic initiatives, acting as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator for cross-functional teams.

The role blends project/program management with hands-on Scrum Master duties to improve delivery, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• 2+ years supporting Epic EMR implementations/upgrades/operational initiatives.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Agile PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic implementation, optimization, integration, upgrade, and enhancement projects across healthcare organizations.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles and Lean delivery.
