Qualifications
- Healthcare IT experience with program or project leadership
- Epic certification or accreditation in Revenue Cycle or Patient Access
- Experience in Epic application managed services, advisory, or production support
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and executive communications
- Knowledge of IT service management practices, SLAs, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic program initiatives across managed services and advisory engagements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, set priorities, and manage escalations
- Communicate status updates to customers and leadership
- Develop and maintain recurring managed services reporting
- Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery across stakeholders
- Monitor SLAs, backlog trends, and action plans for improvements
- Oversee on-demand projects outside standard scope and manage risks
- Assist with intake reviews and capacity planning
- Travel quarterly to visit customers
