Veriipro is seeking a senior healthcare IT program leader to drive enterprise Epic EHR implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and regulatory initiatives across clinical, operational, and IT functions.

You will serve as the primary program leader for high-visibility initiatives, ensuring governance, risk management, executive alignment, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of healthcare IT program/project management.
  • Proven Epic implementation or optimization experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise, multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory or compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex Epic programs across multi-module scope and workstreams.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, IT, operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and decision materials.
  • Lead regulatory and compliance-driven healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate Epic, vendor, and implementation partners.
  • Resolve escalations and conflicts among stakeholders.

Job Summary

  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and decision materials.
  • Lead regulatory and compliance-driven healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate Epic, vendor, and implementation partners.
  • Resolve escalations, stakeholder conflicts, and competing priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of healthcare IT program/project management.
  • Proven Epic implementation or optimization experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise, multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory or compliance initiatives.
Preferred
  • Epic certification or advanced Epic experience.
  • PMP/PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
  • ServiceNow or enterprise workflow experience.
  • Healthcare vendor/partner management experience.
