Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Health Information Systems, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Two or more years of Epic EHR experience required, developing workflow documentation, training programs, and delivering training for staff on end-to-end workflows in Epic EHR.
• Two years of experience providing support to staff in the use of Epic EHR.

Responsibilities

• Update and customize training for Epic system end users and create new curricula.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and role-specific training for Epic, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
• Provide onboarding training for new employees and role transitions.
• Act as subject-matter expert and mentor for Epic applications.
• Lead training on Epic system upgrades relevant to user roles.
• Provide retraining to address knowledge gaps among staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve operations and outcomes.
• Develop workflows and training supporting quality measures (e.g., HEDIS).
• Monitor usage and report Epic proficiency and efficiency.
