Job summary

Coquille Indian Tribe is seeking a Clinical Applications Trainer to oversee training for clinical software and the EHR across Ko-Kwel Wellness Center. The role supports onboarding, workflow adoption, and staff development, partnering with IT, ESA, and Epic trainers for Dragon Medical, Navis, Dexis, and other platforms.

You will design curricula, build materials, and provide hands-on go-live support while maintaining proficiency in EHR workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years in training or healthcare IT.
• Experience training healthcare professionals on EHR workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into effective training materials.
• Knowledge of Epic EHR ESA and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for clinical applications and the EHR.
• Travel to clinic locations to provide training as needed.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and job aids.
• Provide frontline support during go-lives, upgrades, and deployments.
• Collaborate with ESA, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
• Monitor training effectiveness and manage support queues, escalations, and metrics.
